By agreeing to purchase from us you are authorizing Be.Crateful to charge your credit card or debit for the order you have placed.
Please note: if the delivery information is incorrect or incomplete the delivery will not be completed.
If your crate arrives damaged we are happy to replace it or credit the purchaser. Please report any damaged goods immediately upon receiving crate basket.
Any perishable items, food or wine gifts that are opened or altered are non refundable due to health and safety reasons.
The recipient must send photos of any damaged goods within 7 days of receiving the crate. Custom merchandise for return are subject to approval by Be.Crateful.
Please note that glass items are not guaranteed against breakage by any transport company. We do our absolute best when taking care in our packing methods to prevent any possible glass damage.
We reserve the right to make a substitution when stock items in crates when items are sold out. Any substitutions will be equal value or greater than the original item. Quality of gifts will not be compromised.
